IDC747 create custom GATT profile

I’ve been trying to use your DBGenerator program to create my own GATT profile but the PC software keeps crashing on me (Most often when pressing Add char).
I might have entered data in the wrong format or something, hard to know as there seems to be no manual and no instruction video.
Any chance you could to a video, and/or manual on how to use that tool?
